CHAMPAGNE GRAND CRU
Appearance The color is golden to perfection, shimmering and bright. The chromatic brilliance opens with a sparkling nose of fragrances. Nose The aromas of ripe fruit are intertwined with noble leather scents. Then the citrus aromas rise and settle. The olfactory approach is both generous and invigorating. On the palate The mouth is accordingly. First of all, it is ample and fleshy. It shows perfect maturity on juicy pear notes. The wine has taken on a very noble patina, with its notes of dried flowers and fresh biscuit. The final has a hell of a catch. Beautifully structured and with contained power, it expresses a fine bitterness (rhubarb, orange peels). The whole is enhanced by a magnificent acidity, lining the palate with an irresistibly tonic sensation.
