Wine-making process No filtration to preserve the aromas specific to the wine. Systematic malolactique fermentation to avoid the addition of sulfite and to favor more supple and balanced wines.
Ageing advice Drink now to 2025
Refreshing Immerse the bottle in a bucket filled with water and ice for half an hour; or Place the bottle in the bottom of the refrigerator for 4 hours. In any case, avoid cooling a bottle in the freezer.
